C-TYPE CONVEYOR

A complete solution for automated material management.

The C-Type Conveyor, also known as a Curved Roller Conveyor, is engineered to enable smooth directional change in material flow while maintaining consistent speed and orientation of parts, ideal for linking multiple production modules in a compact layout.

System Overview

The C-Type Conveyor serves as an interconnecting link between assembly lines, testing machines, and packaging zones, allowing materials to transition seamlessly through 90° or 180° turns.

It is built with a heavy-duty structural frame, stainless-steel rollers, and a precision-mounted drive system comprising a motor and gearbox for stable, vibration-free operation.

Optional variable-frequency drives (VFDs) allow speed control based on process requirements.

Key Features

  • Heavy-Duty Modular Design: Fabricated from mild steel or stainless steel sections with adjustable height and leveling feet.
  • Curved Section Design: Available in 45°, 90°, and 180° configurations for smooth part transfer in compact layouts.
  • Drive System: Equipped with an AC motor and inline or helical gearbox ensuring smooth torque transmission.
  • VFD Speed Control: Adjustable conveyor speed for synchronizing with upstream and downstream processes.
  • Roller Construction: Precision-machined SS304 rollers for corrosion resistance and high load capacity.
  • Pneumatic Stopper Mechanism: Integrated air-operated mechanical stopper for position control during indexing or buffering.
  • Integrated Controls: PLC- and HMI-based control system with safety interlocks and fault alarms.
  • Safety & Ergonomics: Designed per ISO 10218 and EN 619 for operator protection and maintenance safety.
  • Smart Monitoring (Optional): IoT-ready modules for real-time motor performance, speed, and jam detection.
