Process Flow:
Part Loading:
- Operator loads 24 components into the multi-cavity fixture.
- Each component is aligned automatically with dedicated guides.
Cycle Start:
- Operator presses the dual push buttons to initiate the greasing cycle.
- Fixture locks securely to avoid displacement during operation.
Automated Greasing:
- The grease pump supplies grease through distribution lines.
- Precision valves control volume and dispense grease at 4 points for each part.

Cycle Completion:
