The C Type Conveyor, also known as a Curved Roller Conveyor, is engineered to enable smooth directional change in material flow while maintaining consistent speed and orientation of parts, ideal for linking multiple production modules in a compact layout.

System Overview

The C Type Conveyor serves as an interconnecting link between assembly lines, testing machines, and packaging zones, allowing materials to transition seamlessly through 90° or 180° turns.

It is built with a heavy-duty structural frame, stainless-steel rollers, and a precision-mounted drive system comprising a motor and gearbox for stable, vibration-free operation.

Optional variable-frequency drives (VFDs) allow speed control based on process requirements.
