The Robo Glue Dispensing Machine is an automated system designed for precision application of glue/sealant on electronic parts and housings. The machine ensures uniform bead thickness and accurate path following on rectangular profiles with radius corners. The process flow is as follows:

Part Loading:

• The component (PCB or housing) is placed securely in the dedicated fixture on the machine bed (e.g., ST-200 glue fixture).
• Proper clamping ensures stability during the dispensing cycle.

Program Selection:

• The operator selects the pre-set program for the desired glue path through the LCD teaching box/handheld controller.
• Parameters such as dispensing speed, glue volume, and bead thickness are pre-configured.

Dispensing Cycle Initiation:

• The machine is started using the control panel.
• The dispensing head (X-Y-Z axis motion) moves to the programmed starting position.

Automated Glue Dispensing:

• The glue/adhesive is dispensed in a continuous bead along the rectangular profile with precise corner radius control.
• The stepping motor system with HIWIN linear rail ensures smooth and accurate path movement.
• Volume control maintains consistent bead size, avoiding overflow or underfill.

Cycle Completion:

• Once the programmed path is completed, the dispensing head automatically returns to the home position.
• The system gives a cycle completion signal (visual indicator).

Part Unloading:

• The operator removes the glued component from the fixture.
• The part is transferred to the next process (curing/assembly).

Repeatability & Accuracy:

• The machine ensures ±0.02–0.05 mm repeated positioning accuracy for consistent operation across multiple parts.
